Home For Teenage Boys
Children in our care often come from harsh realities. These teenage boys, ages 13 and older, have come to us after living on the streets, being abused and/or abandoned by their families, having escaped trafficking, or being taken into custody as a runaway. Our mission is simple: to provide shelter, clothing, food, medical care and education. We strive to meet more than just their basic needs, we aim to create a family environment. The success stories from our home for teenage boys are inspiring. These young men who once lived on the streets are now excelling in their educational studies, they are becoming role models in the community, they are mentoring other children, and they are even providing food and clothing to other homeless boys.
It’s important to note that our operations adhere to government regulations and licensing standards in Ethiopia. All the children in our care are typically brought to us through official channels such as the Women’s and Children’s governmental agency or from the local police force. We are committed to maintaining compliance with government protocols to ensure the well-being of these boys.
